Susan presents at Clarity, 2018

The best and brightest in plain language came together in Montreal, Quebec for Clarity 2018. While there, Susan served as one of 3 panelists for a bi-lingual plenary session on Design and understanding, focused on the role of design thinking and plain language in project conception and execution. Susan also co-presented with David Lipscomb from Georgetown University on the results of Annual Federal Report Card 2018 from the Center for Plain Language. We look forward to seeing everyone next year in Oslo, Norway!
