Growing up, Naomi wanted to become a professional idea haver. Today she is our idea haver, storyteller, magic-maker, and wish-granter. She listens (truly listens) to what people need and then makes it happen. 
 

Naomi's professional background is in marketing, advertising, and sales. She has an education in communication and psychology and growing up she was a regular performer in musical theatre, improv, and speech and debate.

Each of these experiences gives her insight into our daily work.

Naomi is also the current Executive Director of the Center for Plain Language.
