Streamlining a Communication Strategy


Clear, Concise, and Correct was our goal for redesigning the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), also known as Form 1003/65. The Kleimann Communication Group worked closely with our attorneys and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a day-to-day basis so they could simplify.

 Even more, they helped our attorneys want to simplify the URLA to a user- friendly form used across the mortgage industry.
