The benefits of straight talk



Here's a great article by Sarah Friedman at GCN that shows just a few of the strides we are making in plain language at both the Federal and State level. It's our hope that more organizations will begin to see the power - and benefits! - of "straight talk." As my quote in the article explains: "Plain language has an enormous business advantage in building a sense of trust and improving the customer experience. But it can also lead to internal money saving.”
